For Elizabeth, dementia isn’t an abstract problem to solve — it’s personal. She founded Beba Ai and built its core platform, drawing on more than fifteen years immersed in dementia care and a first-hand understanding of what the condition means for families.
Across a thirty-year engineering career — a significant part of it in real-time, safety-critical systems, where failure isn’t an option — she has built the discipline that now underpins everything Beba Ai makes. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Software Engineering and a Master’s in AI and Data Science, completed with Distinction. That rare mix of lived experience and engineering rigour is why Beba Ai is built to be trustworthy first.
Dan leads engineering at Beba Ai. An engineer with a Master’s in AI and data science, he is the architect behind Clarity™, our companion portal, and builds the data and systems foundations the platform runs on.
He works with precision and integrity, and shares the belief that in health, the most advanced system is the one people can trust.
Rabia leads machine learning at Beba Ai. She holds an MSc in Applied AI and Data Science from Solent University, alongside a first-class Master’s in Computer Science, with hands-on experience building real AI systems across healthcare, e-commerce, and sports science.
Her work spans machine learning, natural language processing, and applied data science — and she brings that rigour to the modelling and data engineering behind the platform.

“I’m delighted to be joining Beba.ai as a Strategic Advisor. Over the past two decades, I’ve been fortunate to help build and scale technology businesses, infrastructure networks and high-growth ventures, including co-founding and leading YEEP!, where we deployed around 2,500 smart parcel lockers across the UK and secured multi-million-pound investment to support that rollout.
My role will focus on supporting the business with strategic development, commercial partnerships, investment readiness and scaling the company as it moves through its next phase of growth. It’s especially rewarding to be supporting a business founded by my sister. I’m looking forward to working with the team, helping shape the strategy, and contributing to building something with genuine long-term impact.”
Nick is a physiotherapist who developed a deep interest in dementia through his work across hospitals and the community. For the last decade he has led the production and delivery of dementia training for all staff at one of Wales’ largest health boards, and has contributed to change at a national level in Wales.
He has taught alongside the renowned dementia specialist Teepa Snow and her Positive Approach to Care team on courses held in the UK. For Nick, care partners come first, and he believes demystifying dementia through understanding is the key. He remains an active advocate for care partners and for people living with dementia — and hopes for a world where dementia is understood rather than feared.
